Our professional recommendations are formulated on the basis of the information provided by you, an objective and thorough examination conducted by our expert physiotherapist, as well as the specific goals jointly established by you and your designated physiotherapy practitioner. It's important that you understand our advice to avoid making your condition worse. There are many factors that can affect how well your treatment works.

These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations for both you and the clinic to ensure a productive and respectful treatment experience.

Appointments:

  • Scheduling: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your initial appointment to complete necessary paperwork.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 6 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • Late Arrivals: We strive to see all patients on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

Patient Conduct:

  • Respectful Environment: We maintain a professional and respectful environment for both patients and staff. Abusive or threatening behavior towards any staff member will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

  • Sexual Harassment: Sexual harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes inappropriate comments, gestures, or advances. Violations will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

Treatment:

  • Informed Consent: You will be provided with a detailed explanation of your diagnosis, treatment plan, and potential risks and benefits of treatment before commencing any physiotherapy services. Your signature on the consent form signifies your understanding and agreement.

  • Participation: Active participation in your treatment plan is essential for optimal results. This includes following your physiotherapist's instructions for exercises and home care routines.

  • Communication: We encourage open communication throughout your treatment. Please discuss any questions or concerns you may have with your physiotherapist.

Payment and Insurance:

  • Fees: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex (incurs additional 5% fee). Please inquire about pricing for initial assessments and follow-up appointments.

  • Insurance: We are happy to bill your insurance company directly if you provide us with your insurance information. Please be aware that you are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.

Privacy:

  • Patient Information: We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.

Social Media Consent:

  • Sharing of Images and Testimonials: We may occasionally share patient success stories and testimonials on our website and social media platforms. We will never share any information that could identify you personally without your explicit consent. If you do not want your image or story used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Disclaimer:

  • Results: Physiotherapy aims to improve your condition, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The success of your treatment depends on a variety of factors, including your adherence to the treatment plan and the severity of your condition.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website or providing you with a copy.

To receive the PTC Performance Guarantee the following applies:

1.1 A claim must be lodged before your next service/consultation or up to a maximum of seven days after the service has been delivered.

1.2 Any refund must be made in the same manner with which you paid for the service

1.3 Free services offered under the guarantee cannot be redeemed for cash or products and are not transferable or saleable.

1.4 Free services can only be redeemed at the practice at which the guarantee was provided.

1.5 This free service must be of the same value as the original service provided to you and must be provided within seven days of the original service, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed between all parties.
