What does “Gap Free” mean?

When you use private health insurance for your session, your private health insurance will cover for a particular amount. If the insurance has not covered for the whole session, then there will be an out of pocket expense that you will have to pay. This is called the “gap.”

A gap free session means that we will wipe that gap/out of pocket expense with the voucher given. That could mean a savings of up to $100!

Can we use the e-voucher for ourselves?

Yes of course you can!

I don’t have private health insurance! Does that mean I can’t use the e-voucher?

As an act of good will, you can redeem the e-voucher to get $30 off your first service with us!

I want to refer my clients to you but how do I know you can help them?

If I refer 25 clients, how do I receive the referral bonus?

As we track these referrals closely, we will get in contact with you once it gets close to the appointed number.

Please note that a referral is only considered valid within our system if they have already completed a service with us.

My business has a team of 5, if they all refer 5 people each, will we receive the referral bonus?

Yes! As as long as you have specified your team to us and they have been approved, your team/business will be considered as 1 entity and therefore the team/business will receive the referral bonus once the 25 clients have been reached.

Is there a time frame before the 25 client referral bonus restarts?

Yes there is. The numbers will revert back to 0 at the start of the calendar year.
